New Hire: John Reed Joins Cyclops as Director of Business Development
Payments industry professional from Spreedly and Fiserv brings over a decade of partnership and relationship management experience to the Cyclops team.
Cyclops is excited to announce that John Reed has officially joined the team as our new Director of Business Development.
Reed brings over a decade of partnership and relationship management experience across some of the payments industry's most respected names. Most recently, he spent four years at Spreedly as Senior Partner Development Manager, where he built the company's partner program from the ground up, signing 30x partners and managing the full lifecycle from prospecting to signing.
Prior to Spreedly, John served as Senior ISO Relationship Manager at Fiserv, where he managed 13 ISO partners and was accountable for £17 billion in annual processing volume. That kind of exposure to the complexity, relationships and the stakes involved in moving money at scale is exactly what this role demands.
John came to Cyclops because the vision was clear from the moment he met the founding team. The infrastructure approach, the singular focus on payments companies and the scale of the opportunity in stablecoin payments were enough to make the decision easy. John is a people person at heart, and his goal is to reconnect with the payments professionals he's built relationships with throughout his career and introduce them to what Cyclops is building — all while forging plenty of new relationships along the way.
