We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to build and lead our regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, and financial crimes program from the ground up. 

Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development is responsible for being the face of Cyclops and building relationships in the industry that ultimately lead to new customers in the payments space. You should bring your own network within the payments industry, but you should also be comfortable expanding your network.

Marketing Operations Coordinator

Nashville, TN (or Remote)

You’ll be working directly with the founder to determine and execute on marketing priorities. This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds, do-everything-marketing role.

Senior Software Engineer
(Backend, TypeScript / Node.js, React)

Fully Remote

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong backend background who is comfortable working in a product-driven environment with changing priorities and a high level of ownership.

Technical Program Manager (Remote)

Fully Remote

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to bring structure, predictability, and most importantly clarity to our product and engineering delivery efforts. This role reports to the COO and works in close partnership with the Director of Engineering and Director of Product as a shared execution resource.

Senior Software Engineer
(Technical Leadership / Platform)

Fully Remote

This is a Senior Software Engineer role with a Technical Leadership/Platform specialization. The role focused on system design, reliability, and long-term platform evolution. We have API/SDK integrations with 3rd party vendors and our clients; this role acts as a technical representative during and after the integration.
